Club Championship - Early Stages
On a glorious but fairly windy day, the Club Championship got under way with 9 starters. And what a start, and where to start. Lets start with:
Donald Brown "holes in one" at the 7th hole and does his card no harm whatsoever, finishing with a gross 70.
John Wilshire celebrates his 64th birthday with a nett 65. (Happy birthday, John!!)
The Captain, Gordon Chalmers lasts for 5 holes.
Graham Davidson sclaffs out a gross 70 to match the hole in one bricky.
Phil Higson wishes the Captain to know that he paid his 50p.
And so it is all to play for in the next round.
