| Centenary 3rd Round |
26th May 2007 |
Bank holiday weekend and weather forecast looks very wet. Other than a small shower the day turned out fine with good performances all round. Another good showing by 'Mickey' Brown was beaten to the post by Phil Higson with a good 65. One round to go with 'Mickey' leading in the scratch competition and our greenkeeper, John Wilshire, is leading in the Handicap. Still all to play for though.

| Ladies Senior MacBrayne |
23rd May 2007 |
Three senior stalwarts from the ladies section set off to compete in this new competition. The weather turned nasty, not like Tobermory, but the ladies battled on in the true nature of the game, even the green keeper was seen to admit defeat! On completion, soggy but not downhearted phyllosan et al was taken by all!

| Centenary 2nd Round |
13th May 2007 |
What a better week, glorious sunshine with only a little wind, resulting in better scores all round. John Weir is back on form after a dissapointing score last week. Seems taking Juniors for training is helping him as well. Two rounds to go, still anyone's competition. Results are shown in handicap this time though the competition is for both Handicap & Scratch.
